December Payroll

As we do every year, the December payroll has been run a week early so that everyone gets paid before Christmas. The December payroll processed today and includes all wages earned between 23rd November and 13th December (3 weeks). This will make January a huge 6-week payroll: it will include all wages earned between 14th December and 24th January, and will be paid directly into your bank accounts on Friday 31st January. Circuit Managers Meeting

Our next quarterly Circuit Managers Meeting is being held at Halesowen on Thursday 16th January. If you’ve got anything you’d like raised or discussed at this meeting, please pass a message on to your Circuit Manager.

November Payroll

The November payroll has been processed today and includes all wages earned between 19th October and 22nd November (5 weeks). This will be paid directly into your bank accounts on Friday 29th November. As usual, the December payroll will be paid a week early and will include all wages earned between 23rd November and 13th December (3 weeks) and will be paid on Friday 20th December. This will make January a huge 6-week payroll: a great way to start the New Year!

October Payroll

The October payroll has been processed today and includes all wages earned between 21st September and 18th October (4 weeks). This will be paid directly into your bank accounts on Friday 25th October. The November payroll will include all wages earned between 19th October and 22nd November (5 weeks) and will be paid on Friday 29th November.

Clocking Roundings

All clockings are now calculated on the exact time between clocking in & clocking out, with no rounding. Previously, clockings were rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. You must not clock in until the start of your shift, and you must clock out as soon as your work is finished.

September Payroll

The September payroll has been processed today and includes all wages earned between 24th August and 20th September (4 weeks). This will be paid directly into your bank accounts on Friday 27th September. The October payroll will include all wages earned between 21st September and 18th October (4 weeks) and will be paid on Friday 25th October.

August Payroll

The August payroll has been processed today and includes all wages earned between 20th July and 23rd August (5 weeks). This will be paid directly into your bank accounts on Friday 30th August. The September payroll will include all wages earned between 24th August and 21st September (4 weeks) and will be paid on Friday 27th September.

June payroll

The June payroll has been processed today and includes all wages earned between 25th May and 21st June (4 weeks). This will be paid directly into your bank accounts on Friday 28th June. The July payroll will include all wages earned between 22nd June and 19th July (4 weeks) and will be paid on Friday 26th July.

May Payroll

The May payroll has been processed today and includes all wages earned between 20th April and 24th May (5 weeks). This will be paid directly into your bank accounts on Friday 31st May. The June payroll will include all wages earned between 25th May and 21st June (4 weeks) and will be paid on Friday 28th June.

Upgrade to Clocking Software

The clocking software will be upgraded at each circuit later this week. To clock in you will need to scan your card and press F2 to clock in or F3 to clock out. The new upgrade also allows you to: 1. Check whether you’re currently clocked in or clocked out 2. Print your hours worked. 3. Review your holidays taken. 4. Request your own holiday dates.

Staff Rotas Not Updating

We are aware of a technical issue that's preventing the staff rotas from updating today, Monday 6th May. This should be fixed tomorrow morning, Tues 7th May.

April Payroll

The April payroll has been processed today and includes all wages earned between 23rd March and 19th April (4 weeks). This will be paid directly into your bank accounts on Friday 26th April. The May payroll will include all wages earned between 20th April and 24th May (5 weeks) and will be paid on Friday 31st May.
