Workplace pension changes in April 2018

If you are enrolled in the workplace pension scheme, the amount you are required to pay into your pension will soon be going up.

From 6th April 2018, the total minimum amount being paid into your workplace pension both by you and Teamworks Karting is increasing from 2% to 5% of your qualifying earnings due to a change in workplace pension regulations. This is a nationwide change, involving millions of people and their employers.

2% of this will be paid by Teamworks, and 3% will be deducted from your payslip.

Changes to your pension contributions look like this…

If you are happy with this, you do not need to do anything: Teamworks Karting is required by law to make these additional contributions and deduct them from your payslip.

You are entitled to stop your pension contributions at any time. If you want to stop, you must let us know and you must also contact NOW: Pensions

February Payroll

The February payroll was processed today and includes all wages earned between 20th January and 16th February (4 weeks), and will be paid on Friday 23rd February.

Payslips have been sent by email.  If you have not already received your payslip by email, please check your email address in TRACKER is correct. The simplest way to amend it is to sign in on any Disclaimer PC as if you were racing.

The March payroll will include all wages earned between 17th February and 23rd March (5 weeks), and will be paid a day early on Thursday 29th March (30th March is Good Friday).

January Payroll

The January payroll was processed today and includes all wages earned between 16th December and 19th January (5 weeks), and will be paid on Friday 26th January.

Payslips have been sent by email.  If you have not already received your payslip by email, please check your email address in TRACKER is correct. The simplest way to amend it is to sign in on any Disclaimer PC as if you were racing.

The February payroll will include all wages earned between 20th January and 16th February (4 weeks), and will be paid on Friday 23rd February.

December payroll

The December payroll was processed today and includes all wages earned between 18th November and 15th December (4 weeks), and will be paid on Friday 22nd December.

The January payroll will include all wages earned between 16th December and 19th January (5 weeks), and will be paid on Friday 26th January.

Christmas opening hours

All circuits will be closed on 25th December 2017, but will be open all other days.  Head Office will also be open every day except 25th December.

Please check your rota for shifts: shift patterns on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year Eve and New Years Day will be shorter than usual days, with late starts and early finishes.  All shifts will depend on customer advance bookings.
